This event took place back in September 2016 where we had the great honour of presenting to our client Tesco up at the De Vere Hotel about the importance of Diversity, Inclusion and Equality.

We delivered an unconscious bias presentation to the Tesco resourcing team around how individuals can take conscious control of their actions, behaviours and cultural contributions.

By understanding a conscious bias and overcoming it at critical moments, individuals can make better decisions in finding the best talent irrelevant of their background and build a workforce that supports and encourages diverse perspectives and contributions.
